We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received

  • Unused, unworn, with original tags (if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without first requesting a return and obtaining approval will not be accepted.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

5. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  • Return the original item

  • Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement

6. Refunds

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
