    Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.
    During peak periods (holidays, special promotions), processing times may be extended up to 5 business days.

  • Shipping Fee:
    We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 on all orders, no matter the destination.

Since our products are fulfilled through global partners, delivery times may vary based on your location.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Important: Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after the label is created.

  • If tracking doesn’t update immediately, your order is still on its way.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means that:

  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

While customs fees are rare for kitchen essentials, please be aware that regulations vary by country.

5. Modifications & Cancellations

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items:
    If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo within 72 hours. We’ll arrange for a free replacement.

    If your package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
